If we play in 3/4 our note values will be the same. Quarter note gets the beat. With the 3/4 time signature we can only have 3 beats in each measure.
Use open E and F. Remember Bert and Ernie - half steps fall between E - F and B - C. If you are on an E, the very next fret is F.
