Writing 2024
tripfuse is a writing project that started in 2004 and has had a few different versions of live bands to perform throughout the years. A new tripfuse website is being built to document tripfuse through the years. For now this is the place for everything tripfuse in 2024.
I have been writing a lot and been sharing the ideas in this password protected section of musiclearning.com (my guitar instructional website that was started in 1999).

It is hard for me to believe but it has been 20 years since this was released. I was 32 years old and was playing in Bill Pettijohn's legendary Doors Tribute band called Moonlight Drive, teaching and writing and recording what would become this 13 track record.
The Rise Up Ep was a lot of fun to record. It was done in Richmond BC with Jason Martin producing it and Issah Contractor on drums and Reggie Hache on bass. We had just started rehearsing for live shows when I got the Roxy gig and tripfuse was put on a long hold.
